A unique 4 hour traditional cooking experience that takes place in a small scale cheese farm.
Enjoy the chance to visit a young couple of farmers in their farm, located on a hilltop with great views to the sea as well as to the farming lands of southwest Naxos.
Another small cheese making facility, where the young owners keep their vegetable garden and raise their animals. In this farm you’ll have the opportunity to cook on fire and take flavors to a whole new level!
Yannis, the farmer, will help you milk his goats and show you how he makes his cheese.
His wife Katerina, will teach you how to cook local recipes, with fresh ingredients that you can pick up from the garden.
Then, everyone will sit down to rest underneath the olive tree and enjoy the feast.
